“Heard of Kimball through some co-workers of my husband. He came out to check out a leak in a pipe in my basement. Didn’t have any idea where the water was coming from or if a pipe was going to blow all together or not. He came out when promised, located the broken pipe that a blown-in insulation contractor had clipped about a month prior. Fixed the leak, insulated the pipe, cleaned the water off the basement floor, as well as cleaned the wall where black mold had appeared, with bleach. After he was done, I would never have known he was even there. No mess, not one dust particle. Also cleaned up some blown in insulation that the other contractor left behind. I cannot recommend enough Steve & his crew! They are now back at my home putting on a new roof & I am just as confident & happy with this job, so far.”
